Account Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an Account Manager to join for a 12-month contract as from December 2025.  The focus should be on an individual with a wealth of account manager background, ideally from a build to print environment. A definite eye for detail will be key as well as an ability to effectively manage their time.

You will use your industry knowledge to foster strong relationships with existing customers and sub-con suppliers, and be involved in new business development, working closely with the wider accounts team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively and successfully manage the sales process.
  • Manage existing and new customer accounts.
  • Evaluate customers’ requirements then define and manage internal actions to fulfil them.
  • Prepare and submit to the customer all products and documentation to obtain technical and delivery approval.
  • Be responsible for conducting account reviews with key clients and be the first point of contact for customer needs to feedback to the other cross functional team members to ensure customer support is given.
  • Report, analyse, follow-up, evaluate and respond to any kind of customer complaints in cooperation with the Sales Director.
  • Improve the contract review process.
  • Represent the company at any trade shows.
  • Adhere to the company’s health and safety requirements and complete training as required.

Skills and Qualifications/experience:

  • Experience working in an engineering environment in the aerospace industry.
  • Good technical knowledge of the automotive industry.
  • Be able to communicate and influence well at all levels to ensure the groups strategic targets are met and business potential is optimised.
  • Strong goal orientation and good work organisation.
  • Flexibility and ability to work under time pressure.
