FT Gearing have continuously invested in gear Hobbing & gear Grinding technology procuring the latest Swiss C.N.C. Gear machines. All our machines are interchangeable for continual smooth development of parts and can generate hobbed gears from 3mm to 100mm attaining DIN5 accuracy or better. Fully reversible worm and wheel sets for jet engine reverse thrust systems are tangentially generated using AAA grade Swiss cutting tools . Our new Gleason P90GS grinders with dressable software capability allows us to design our own profiles for assymetric pressure angles and dual pressure angles respectively. This capability ensures complete customer support where revisions in tooth profiles are required from design to machine with minimal lead time
