Welcome to the FT Gearing Systems website. Our Company was incorporated in 1978 dedicated to supplying high precision components, to the Aerospace industry in particular but also to other organisations requiring top quality engineering on time & at competitive prices. Our philosophy of procuring the best available plant & employing only highly skilled technicians has enabled us to gain the distinction of ‘Preferred Suppliers’ & ‘Ship to Stock’ status with many of our customers, who, can rely upon our instant response when A.O.G.situations arise or ‘drop dead’ deadlines are to be achieved.
The FT Gearing premises are situated between Junction 3 of the M3 and the A3 near Guildford, providing fast access to the M25 & M4 motorways. This enables our company to collect & deliver efficiently and meet customer J.I.T. requirements. The purpose built factory was completed to a very high specification with features including, temperature controlled QA and Grinding departments & fully air conditioned offices. Thus providing an environment of 8,000 sq ft which is well planned efficient & work friendly.
A second FT Gearing premises is located less than 500 yards away, this unit plays a key role in our operation as it is the goods receiving area for all our bought-in and free-issue materials. Here the goods are rigorously checked against all appertaining paperwork and specifications. Only when they are satisfactory will they be identified with a unique sequential computer generated batch code and accepted into our fully enclosed bonded area.

With floor space of around 3,500 sq ft this unit also provides a clean storage area for ’FAX-BAN’ scheduled components. Aircraft ‘KIT PARTS’ are assembled & kitted into unique purpose built foam containers in this area ready for ‘FAX-BAN’ dispatch.
